ScannX Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct applies to your use of ScannX cloud-based services. Please read this Code of Conduct before using the services.
User Age and Responsibilities
As a user of the service you will uphold this Code of Conduct, and are responsible for all activities and content you upload. In addition to observing this Code of Conduct, you are responsible for following all applicable laws, including laws prohibiting sending of unsolicited advertisements by fax.
Prohibited Uses
You will not upload, transmit or distribute any content or otherwise use the services in a way that:
- Depicts nudity of any sort including full or partial human nudity or nudity in non-human forms such as cartoons, fantasy art or manga.
- Includes content that is protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
- Threatens, stalks, defames, defrauds, degrades, victimizes or intimidates an individual or group of individuals for any reason or incites or encourages anyone else to do so.
- Contains or could be considered an unsolicited commercial advertisement.
ScannX reserves the right to amend or change this Code of Conduct or any service at any time without notice. We encourage you to periodically review these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.
